Terms of Service — Postiz Elsa

1. Who we are

"Postiz Elsa" is a private, self-hosted social media publishing tool operated by Elsa Léger

(contact@elsa-leger.com, https://www.elsa-leger.com). It is used exclusively to schedule and

publish content to the operator's own social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram,

Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

2. Scope of the service

The service is not offered to the public. There is no sign-up, no user account creation for

third parties, and no commercial access. Only the operator (Elsa Léger) and her authorised

assistants can access the tool, using credentials held privately.

3. TikTok integration

The application uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API solely to:

• authenticate the operator's own TikTok account,
• upload video content created by the operator,
• publish or schedule that content on the operator's own TikTok profile, at the operator's request.

The application does not read, collect, store or share data belonging to any other TikTok user.

4. Content

All content published through the application is created by the operator or licensed to her.

The operator is solely responsible for the content published and for compliance with the

community guidelines of each platform.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty. It is a personal tool; no service level is

guaranteed and it may be unavailable at any time.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
